“Generally loved the peace and location. Not sure I would recommend to overseas tourists”

The staff were nice and tried with Google translate. Comfortable bed, loved the outdoor bathroom, (reminded me of the Maldives but not a big fan of the cold water), pretty settings, pool was lovely and the location didn’t bother us as we walked in and back from town easily or had trips with pick up pre-booked

It was an oasis in the middle of a busy city. Very pretty and clean.

Staff, comfort and value for my money

“I arrived and was told that the hotel was closed.”

I arrived at the hotel and there was no one around. I knocked on the door and eventually a staff member came and I was told that the hotel was closed because of roadworks, even though I had just driven there. The staff said they had told booking.com that I couldn't stay but they didn't contact me. I then had to find another hotel but due to the late booking there was not much choice and the rooms were expensive.

The bungalows were unique, and the outdoor shower was a highlight! The owner and staff were very friendly and had valuable tips for us! We would come certainly back!

The Hotel was very clean. The staff were exceptionally accommodating with translating for us. Taxis to town. Food could be delivered. The in-house breakfast and service was good. The pool was cleaned daily and very enjoyable. We stayed in a traditional casita and loved the outdoor bathroom.It stormed most nights. We stayed dry, nice to see the rain on the roof and no bugs.

Martha and the staff went way above the call of duty and accommodated all of our needs. The property was beautiful, breakfast was simple and delicious.

We like the slightly out of town locations as it is quiet and we need secure motorcycle parking. It was quiet and whilst the bikes were off the road, they were not as secure as we would have liked - that said, it was a nice neighbourhood. The room was very clean and we loved the outside toilet/shower - quirky but really functional. No hot water but certainly warm enough. No AC but the fan/s were more than enough for a comfortable night. Mosquitto net over the bed. Good hanging space and shelves. Pool was very very nice. Bungalows are hidden from each other with great landscaping. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful. Organised a taxi to and from town - ask for Enrique.

The staff were great and very accommodating - we had some laughs trying to translate from English to Spanish.

We had a lovely individual bungalow that was set in beautiful gardens . The staff were all very helpful and attentive .

Very nice with large rooms, pool, and very quiet. Excellent staff.

All was really great, all of them are such lovely people und the breakfast was great. They do anything that you feel welcome and have a good time!

A little hidden paradise! We LOVED it so much! Very clean. Very clean pool. Awesome garden!! One of our favourit place on our worldtrip (one year travelling)! A little away from León (we had a car so this didn't bother us) the oposite! It is very calm and peaceful because of the area & vibes. The boss was always there and speaks fluently english. She and all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming! They do everthing possible for you to make you comfortable. We would come again anytime!

“Decent hotel but a bit inconvenient”

The room is large and the air-conditioning and pool were very useful in the stifling Leon heat. The hotel is fine but nothing special.
