“Nice quiet place with comfortable room and great staff”
Very quiet spot on quiet street with comfy beds. Heidi at the front desk is the sweetest lady and very caring. Donna the manager or owner help me with understanding something in Spanish and was very nice. The people make this hotel Great.

“Find somewhere else”
Room was very hot, which is expected since there is no air conditioning. The sheets in the bed had obvious stains on them. The lady who was running the desk has to use a key to let you in or out.Not sure what you do if there is a fire. There is a second story balcony to jump from. I didn't stay after seeing the room.

We had a very comfortable stay at Casa Blanca, the rooms were super clean and comfortable, it’s a little of our town (about 15 min walk) but I actually enjoyed this because it was much more quiet at night and nice to be around the locals. The staff were very friendly and the laundry service was amazing, nothing better then clean and folded clothes.

“Good stay”
I like staff, they was very responsive on my wishes. WiFi was good. There was possibility to cook or boil water what wasn't possible in other hotels in Nicaragua in same budget category.
