“Nice in Nicaragua”
This is an oasis from the city in a residential district run by wonderful hosts. Peaceful setting with running hot water in the rooms. Great breakfast, pool and relaxing. Fully endorse.

“Has potential to be amazing if the staff were friendlier and cleaning was more thorough”
This hotel/hostel has such great potential and we liked lots of things; We booked the private room with its own bathroom, which was v spacious. Nice hot and fairly powerful shower Good air con and fan Lovely pool area for chilling Fridge/freezer in the common area which is free to use Water refill for a small fee (10 Cordoba) - it was great not to have to constantly get water from the shops. Great location - 5 min walking distance to great bars and restaurants Booking excursions - they booked our volcano tour and organised the tour guide to pick us up directly from the hostel The family who own / run the place have a cute cat who roams around and is very friendly.

Lovely welcoming garden setting. Liked our king room with lots of storage, separate sink/toilet/areas and comfortable bed/pillows. Good breakfast included. We found the location perfect for our needs. Owners also offer assistance with booking a shuttle or guiding services for volcano hiking. Recommend and would stay here again.

“Perfect Oasis”
Lovely quiet place to stay with the best hosts! Breakfast was so delicious and the pool was perfect for a hot afternoon. AC worked great and shared bathroom was fine. I work remote and the WiFi was great!

“Comfortable private family hotel, close to the centre.”
We rented three rooms for a family trip, so we had the hotel basically for ourselves (there are four rooms). So for a decent price, you basically have a private hotel, with a pool and kitchen. The rooms were comfortable and clean. One room has its own bathroom, and the other two shared one, which was fine. What we also liked is that there was always coffee ready and hot. There was also an upper terrace where you could quietly read a book, if you want.

A perfect stay. The room is large with plenty of storage, super bathroom with hot water. Pool welcome in the heat of Leon. Breakfast fine and lovely staff. Thoroughly recommend this place.

The facilities were great and the room was big with a comfortable bed. The shared bathroom was very clean, like the rest of the property. The breakfast was nice and the pool was very refreshing. They were really nice and helpful when I forgot my glasses. The only downside for me was that the laundry there was quite expensive and I when it was done I had to pay more than what they told me before.

The breakfast was simple Nicaraguan, freshly prepared, the garden was beautiful with plants, hammocks and a nice pool. Easy to reach in a few minutes the centre. The owner was very kind, helpful.
