The staff were all so friendly and really went above and beyond. Location was amazing. It was really kid friendly with little dressing gowns, slippers put in the room for them to go to the pool. There was a high chair set up at breakfast with special plates and bib. So great! It also didn’t feel too overrun by children if you’re away without kids.

Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was outstanding. The restaurant for dinner was also very nice - nothing fancy, just solid food and good value. The children's menu was superb. They offered all the main meals in a a small portion. Things like Zuri geschnetzeltes which our daughter loves were on her menu! Goodbye chicken nuggets or schnipo. I wish more restaurants were like this place for kids. For a family ski holiday, the location is excellent. Rooms are good, nothing special in the budget section but quiet, clean, and with everything you need.

Overall, the hotel facilities are nice and well maintained. The hammam and wellness spa are pleasant, though not exceptional. The staff are polite and welcoming and communication was generally fine. The room was comfortable although the TV was quite small. Guest parking is available but not easy to find without asking at reception. Considering the high price the experience felt somewhat underwhelming and the value for money could be improved.

Also the restaurant at the hotel has great food for grownups and for the children both at breakfast and every other meal. We could really relax and enjoy our vacation!
