Close to Lennox Main Street so easy walk to restaurants. Room was small but comfortable, breakfast was nice.

It was a cosy lovely inn. We were welcomed with brownies and a bottle of wine in our room. Tea and coffee facilties were freely available. The hosts were very welcoming. Breakfast was very good. The location was near to some lovely restaurants and shops.

“Very expensive and underwhelming”

Had requested a cot / roller bed which was never provided even though confirmed beforehand, they weren’t able to locate the key to the room where it was locked. We ended up sleeping two adults and two kids in the same bed very uncomfortably. Went down earlier to get some milk and saw the breakfast was a matter of leftovers reassembled from the fridge. Bathroom very outdated, carpets across the entire hotel dirty. Extremely pricy for what it is.

Great location, beautiful rooms, very comfortable. Lovely complimentary additions which were unexpected and delightful! Reception staff, particularly Susan very helpful. Love the jigsaws !

Breakfast was excellent , there was lots of choice . The location was excellent and allowed us to visit many locations in the Berkshires .

This Inn is beautiful. The whole facility is amazing, well decorated , and the staff has some of the most kind and welcoming people. Breakfast was fantastic and the whole vibe was amazing for a romantic weekend

Up market, big traditional American house made into a great Inn. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Location was great to explore old Lenox and beyond in a very lovely neighbourhood. Breakfast was good and a nice selection to order and choose from. Gardens were nice and the free night cap and other treats were a nice touch

Very nice and polite staff. Our room was upgraded as the check in guy thought the room we'd booked was too small. It was very kind of him and we really appreciated it. Breakfast was great, although I wasn't well enough to go into the breakfast room due to a cold, the staff prepared me something that my husband brought up. This was a very thoughtful gesture.My husband really liked the breakfasts. The room was very nice, but the road a bit noisy. Welcome drink when we arrived was very nice, and the pastries available every afternoon also nice. It was walking distance into town. Behind the Inn was Kennedy Park, which was lovely to walk in. Pleasure Valley was 5 mins drive, also beautiful for a walk/hike. We liked the Asian fusion restaurant Yao in town. Go to High Lawn Farm for very tasty ice cream. 10 mins drive away.
