Exceptional service.......a/c went down on first day....no problem, offered a large portable fan and the opportunity to switch to another Inn in town (not taken)......quick repair......... "All's Well that Ends Well" (Shakespeare.)

“Great stay though.”
Breakfast was excellent. There could have been some meat included in the options. However, we were the only people in the inn on the holiday Monday. There no staff in the evenings. We needed a couple of things and there was no one to ask.

Gateways was the perfect place for our stay. It's a beautiful old house in the heart of Lenox with friendly, caring staff who will ensure your stay is memorable. It exceeded expectations in every way.
