“Comfortable stay in a place with character”
The main building is a charming historic building with bags of character, and the reception area is nicely restored and decorated, Breakfast was a simple buffet but good quality e.g. granola was home made. The swimming pool is in a gorgeous location overlooking the mountains and although possibly unheated (?) it was a refreshing dip and relaxing space. We ate at the restaurant in the main buiilding and the food was good. The cocktails were delicious!

Sound insulation between 2nd Floor and Ground Floor n the Annexe room should be improved or at least it soule be indicateur during réservation.

“A perfect stay for a night at Tanglewood”

“Overpriced. No facilities. False advertising”
Completely false advertising. There was no restaurant, bar or even reception. No taxis were running and Without a car we felt stranded with restairants too far away to walk. Without an American zipcode restaurants we rang were unable to process payments for food to be delivered. Only for Mint Restaurant showing kindness and delivering us a meal we would have starved.

The location is exceedingly beautiful. The views from the main house are gorgeous and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The main house is also very lovely.

“We were charged twice for drinks. Promised refund. None was refunded.”
Location was great for the concert. Walk in , no hassle with parking and the traffic. Breakfast could be better, better coffe and etc.

“no better place to stay”
Perfect place, very quiet. If you're attending to Tanglewood concerts no place better than this one, you can go walking and you can reach Lenox walking in less than 20 minutes.
