“Perfect. Relaxing. Tranquil.”

An incredible place to stay! Loved the location, just a short stroll, or a 2 minute drive and you are in the middle of all the action.. shopping, cafe’s and restaurants, groceries, etc. The accomodation is in a quiet, crowded residential setting, but still felt incredibly private. A perfect setting to start your morning.. open the plantation shutters, make a coffee with the pod machine provided, and enjoy the morning sun whilst still comfortably in bed.

easy access. own private entry. use of little plung pool. good amenities. fairly close to main street cafes and shops. short walk to lake and beach. centrally located, but away from busy centres of Byron and Ballina. hosts are warm and friendly

What a lovely 2 night stay we have had at the Trendy Beach Studio, the studio is so comfortable for two with everything you need and the extra loft sitting area is a beautiful reading and relaxing spot. Walking down town and to the beach is an easy 5-10 min walk with an abundance of cafes and eateries to satisfy your culinary needs. Patrice, Greg and Chino are very friendly & welcoming, it felt like a home away from home. Would highly recommend.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and the lake and the main strip. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The hosts were easy to communicate with and always responded promptly.

Lovely second stay at this little studio. It’s super close to the beach and the main drag of Lennox, makes walking everywhere an option

The photo of the trendy Beach Shack was a photo of the owners house ..what we got was nothing more than a motel room above the garage. If I had have wanted a motel I would have booked a motel. We were told there was work going on with their pool but it would not inconvenience us....on a 36 degree day we had to close the windows because the dust from the tile cutter under our motel room came in. This also started at 7.30 in the morning. The owners had no right to accept this booking under the above conditions. There was no level of comfort, the tv had shocking reception.

Beautifully presented and clean studio. Fantastic location. Air-con and ceiling fan great inclusions but being able to have the windows open was even better.

absolutely everything, the hosts were incredibly lovely and helpful, beautiful outside dog chino was the sweetest, the apartment was beautifully set up with everything you needed and was clean and tidy, perfect distance from town

“Perfect couple getaway beautiful very modern apartment”

The property was way better than we expected separate entry to the studio apartment, it was very modern very clean and comfortable,perfect for a couple getaway, very close to 7mile beach it was also just a short walk to a lovely cafe in Ballina street …perfect location not very far from the towns shops. Patrice & Greg the owners are loverly friendly people to deal with so accommodating ..I would definitely recommend this property it was so nice I will definitely be asking the owners if we can come back at a later date.
