We were a family of 4 adults, there 10 days over Xmas. Property was super clean, neat and tidy when we arrived. Pool was sparkling clean. Property is a good size inside for 4 adults with plenty of chairs and cushions for everyone, games and books. The 2 sofas were very comfortable, as was the other furniture. There was a large smart TV so we just logged into our streaming services - perfect. Very effective air-con in lounge. Very effective fans (only) in the bedrooms and we left the windows open at night and there were lovely ocean breezes. The kitchen was well appointed - unusually it had enough crockery/utensils for about 10 people which was lovely. Lots of cooking equipment too. No coffee machine but we enjoyed our morning 10 min walk to the surf club for coffee by the beach or other coffee shops towards Lennox. Beds and pillows were super comfortable, lots of cupboard space. Bathroom very clean and good size and water pressure fantastic. Laundry and side of house very clean and tidy. Pool was gorgeous and there was a very effective umbrella that could be swiveled around to shade the pool too, and it was shaded by house after 2 pm. Not a big lawn space but very good, well sized, outdoor furniture and BBQ. Again plenty of space and furniture for 10 people (my brother's family visited a lot so was great to have the extra amenities. Some places you only get 4 of everything). The whole place was lovely and well-kept and felt like a home. It didn't feel too small for 4 adults for 10 days. Location is fantastic - the walk to Lennox shops (which are very awesome) was 20 min. Walk to lake and surf club/beach 10 min. This suited us as it was a quiet residential street away from the hustle and party-houses. Also, we paid $60 (total) for a fold-out bed in the loungeroom, which my husband ended up sleeping on (snoring!). FYI - it was super hard-like sleeping on the floor- but he loves a really hard mattress so was fine. Highly highly recommend this property.

Great private saltwater pool (clean and never disgusting due to robot cleaner - I am fuzzy with this). Spacious house in quiet suburban backstreet. ~15 mins walk to beach and cafes. Booked this for a quieter holiday than you would get in Byron. Great TV with various apps.
