Overview
Located in the centre of Lenk in the Simmen Valley, Hotel Krone offers a spa area with an indoor pool and 2 restaurants serving Swiss, Italian and international cuisine. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire property and in the rooms, and all rooms feature a covered balcony. Spa facilities at Hotel Krone Lenk include a sauna, hot tub, sun bed, and fitness room. During winter season, all bus routes at Lenk, including ski bus ‘Lenk station – valley station Betleberg – valley station Metsch’, can be used free of charge and guests can benefit from further discounts for certain winter activities.

I messaged the property saying that I will reach at 01:00am, the confirmed my booking and when I reached the hotel was looked (all lights turned off) and nobody would answer the phone…. After trying for 30 minutes to reach someone, I had to look for another hotel, never again!

“Fantastic value for money, friendly staff and good location.”
I did the booking via booking.com, either I made a mistake or booking.com did and forgot to include my son as part of the guess list. The staff were very helpful and prepare a sofa-bed for my son to sleep.

“2 Night Stay for Ski Trip”
Fantastic stay overall. Accessible storage room for luggage etc., pre check-in & post check-out whilst skiing. Leisure facilities a big bonus. Room 203 was exceptional, almost like a small suite.

“Minimalistic service.”
We were only given essential information about our stay. No additional help or information about the resort or even the facilties in the Hotel were given. The reception was good for checking in and checking out, useless for everthing else. There was no bar. The Lobby could have been a nice place to relax in, if it were open. All was behind closed curtains. A real shame.

Our room was spacious and very clean with a nice big balcony. Breakfast was nice and everything we wished for was there. The swimming area (pool and whirlpool) were great for the kids and us, as well as the sauna. Parking was very easy with direct access to the hotel from the underground parking.

“Nicely central located hotel with a good breakfast and very small spa/swimming pool”
The room was comfortable and big enough. On the minus side a fridge in the room was missing which is usually a must for such hotel. Location of the hotel is very central, allowing quick access to all ski resorts nearby.
