“Great potential, do go there! Friendly people who need our support.”
In a very nice neigborhood only a few minutes walk from the small center of town. A pousada with great potential. Very very friendly people who work there (own it?), even though we do not speak a common language we understood and the vibe was very warm and good. But the pousade is still under full construction, the rooms are not ready. We did not have a glass in the window, so opening the shutters meant a lot of insects in the room. So they stayed closed, which was very weird and box like. The room was big enough, but missed a tabel and hooks to hang clothes or a towel. The pousada missen a place to hang your clothes to dry after swimming in the diamantina.... Also the pousada missed a lounge area, to hang after a long day walking and swimming. Somewhere to put up your feet and get a cold drink from a refrigirator. As said, under construction and very friendly people, next year this place will be a little peace of paradise if they keep working on it! I do recommend to go there.

“Great stay at this lovely pousada run by friendly family”
Our stay was great, the hosts at Villa Manga Rosa are so welcoming and friendly. They were so flexible when our plans changed and made an effort to make our stay in Lençóis as smooth as possible. The pousada has a beautiful courtyard which feels so peaceful and surrounded by nature. There was a fantastic breakfast with plenty of options and lovely fresh fruit and juices. The room was good and everything was very clean.

“Highly recommended !!”
The pousada is incredibly welcoming. The structure is very nice, with almost all the rooms facing the delightful internal garden. The view outside is also pleasant. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. But the real strength of the pousada is the staff. The owner is exceptionally kind and is also very chatty and nice. She doesn't speak English but we understood each other perfectly using Google Translate. A special note of merit for the breakfast: vast choice, delicious food that is served in the garden by a also very kind lady. Highly recommended!!
