“Vila Serrano is the best pousada I have ever stayed!”

Very cozy! They had everything, swimming with a bar, breakfast, area for massage, place to practice yoga. And the rooms were perfect.

Beautiful location. We stayed here for 1 night and after that we did a 3day hike. We could store our luggage and after we came back we stayed for one more night. they already had brought our luggage to our new room. They were very kind

This is a wonderful place. The staff are super friendly, the breakfast is fantastic and our room was spacious and comfortable with incredible views over Lencois. We appreciated the tour company on site so we could book tours easily. We loved it!

The breakfast was amazing, specially the pastel de frango! If you see them in the table, please take it! Also they have options for everyone: vegan, lactose free and gluten free. The rooms are very spacious, clean and confortable. They all have a little rooftop with a hammock that is perfect for relaxing after a full day of activities. The whole area and facilities make of the vila serrano an amazing accomodation option for whom wants to enjoy the chapada in a very comfy way! Plus, the people were very nice and atencious!

The rooms were so beautiful and such attention to detail was given. The staff were extremely helpful and the tour agency was really great. I honestly can’t fault anything about this hotel. It was perfect. I was just so sad we had to leave!

The property is absolutely stunning, the attention to detail, spotlessly clean and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The location is fantastic, only a short walk great restaurants and bars…and incredible walks in nature literally a stone’s throw away. The breakfast is superb…and the gardens and swimming pool are divine.

Fantastic place. Super friendly staff. Let us in check-in at 5 am after our bus arrived and also let us take a shower before our 23pm departure bus. Very nice breakfast and great massages!

This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely region of northern Brazil. It's set in beautiful gardens, the rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is excellent and the staff are brilliant!. I managed to smash a lovely glass dish at breakfast through clumsiness but they were great, my rental car then broke down and they were really helpful, contacting the hire company and then arranging a transfer to the airport.
