Alfredo and Marida are very nice people, they welcomed us like family. Our entire stay we felt like we were with close family. The facility is wonderful, a huge garden, a beautiful wooden house and an olive grove with a swimming pool are available to guests. We will definitely come back there

“Our first visit to this area”
Host was very attentive, friendly and spoke very good English. Everything was well explained. Large kitchen dining area, plenty for our needs. The setting among the olive trees was lovely, and we would have made more use of the outside facilities if the weather had been better (it was unseasonably cool and wet at the time when there were floods in Emilia Romagna). We used the convenient supermarket and bakery in the nearby village and visited the little Friday morning market. We enjoyed visiting Teramo, Ascoli Piceno and the fort at Civitella del Tronto and would have gone further into the mountains if the weather had been better.
