Set in Lemmenjoki and close to the Lemmenjoki National Park, this holiday home features a terrace with lake views. This self-catering house features a kitchen and a living room with a flat-screen TV and fireplace. Other facilities at Ahkula House include a sauna and a barbecue. Bed linen and towels are included for extra comfort. Hiking, fishing and kayaking are possible in the area, and boat excursions can be arranged by the property. From November to April, it is possible to visit a reindeer farm in the surroundings and take a part in their daily feeding. The nearest airport is Ivalo Airport, 90 km from Ahkula House. The nearest shops are found in Inari town, 35 km away.

Big house that has everything that you need. Nice owner who let us meet his lovely raindeer. You can see beautiful birds and squirls around the house where is is nice and quiet. When it is visable you have a perfect spot at the lake te see the aurora. Beautiful national parks are close by.

A M A Z I N G place that felt like home! We saw the Aurora on the frozen lake, the owner was kind and let us feed his reindeers plus the house was so warm! We collected so many beautiful memories that we hopes to be back in the summertime:)
