Instead of commercial hotel, I love this countryside cottage. Within close proximity, you can get access to a grocery market to buy the necessities. In addition, if you are driving, it is also near to the petrol pump.

The location is peaceful, quite close to the town. The property itself is very comfortable and nice. Very clean and Valentina takes great care of it. The breakfasts were really nice and we particularly loved the apple juice from Åland. We loved the place and stay.

“Just what we needed - perfect in every way”

Incredible host. The place is both a B&B and café/restaurant, which was perfect for our stay. It’s right on the St. Olav Waterway. We loved the food - dinner was delicious and at the breakfast buffet is amazing. Every detail is thought of. Beds are comfortable, the place is warm, cozy and clean. We spent a long time petting the horses Béa and Kenze. Would love to come back again.

“Small, cute gem in the middle of the Åland countryside”

Cute little bed & breakfast in the countryside of Åland. There's only 3 rooms, so even you have to share the bathroom, it's not a problem. Breakfast does not have endless amount of options but local products are very good and the eggs and bacon are made personally for you, which is a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay with Valentina a lot!

I accidentally made a booking without noticing that children under one year old were not allowed. However, I clearly mentioned our baby in the booking message. The host accepted the reservation — seem like just to collect the money — and only after that sent a message saying we were not welcome. When I tried to resolve the situation, the host communicated with broken English, was arrogant, and showed no willingness to help. They took no responsibility — first blaming Booking.com, then me. It was clear they have no ability to handle conflicts professionally. Booking.com tried to assist and offered the host the option to cancel right after the booking. The host refused. We’re now trying to stop the payment with the bank, but it’s still unclear whether that will be possible. Word of warning: avoid getting into a conflict with this host — they are not equipped to handle it.

Valentinas house was a nice, rather personal experience, Nice big room, a bit hot these days. A fan would have been good. General premises nice, although I didnt understand how to put on TV/ netflix.... A small meal a la italians was served in the evening, nice! The place was very personal, with nice ans special things here and there

what we like most was the warm welcome from the owner with a bonus that we could have a nice chat in Spanish, the relaxed and homey atmosphere of the place, the breakfast with local products, the wonderful italian dinner in the garden and the special treatment for our dog.

A peaceful place but full of life. Valentine is the kind of person who makes you still believe that everything is possible when you wish things to happen. A beautiful island, a perfect place to spend the evening and the night

Property is in country side, quite lot of space. Different domesticated animals around, interesting, fun for kids, and not only. Breakfest standard, all asked request fulfilled.

We felt very welcome, and everyone was really friendly. The room and location are great I especially liked the view over a field with two horses. You can easily explore The island from vila Valentina.

“A piece of Italy in the heart of lovely Åland”

Nice old house, which has been renovated with style. Spacious room with very good beds and darkening curtains. Great breakfast with gluten-free options and freshly prepared egg&bacon. Possibility for an Italian style dinner, which we tried twice and it was excellent. The hosts are super-friendly and customer oriented, we got also good hints for cycling day trips in the area. Nice gym downstairs. We also enjoyed the newly opened italian style cafeteria, with home-made foccaccia and other delicacies.

Very nice b&b in Lemland. Good for bike travelers on the way up from the southern Aland islands. A very easy bike ride from Langnas along a bike path. We were in the blue room, which is very spacious and has a huge wardrobe and nice views over the fields. The bathroom is shared with other guests. It is big and airy and the shower has gel, shampoo and conditioner. Much appreciated! Breakfast was very tasty and we truly recommend ordering the Italian dinner by Valentina. Both the pasta and the desserts were absolutely delicious and served in a homey environment and really good value for money for Finnish levels.
