“A lovely apartment in a beautiful and tranquil location.”

The location, for me, is fantastic; completely rural; minimal passing traffic and just the sounds of the wildlife. There is a generously sized lawn with tables and seating (tip: don't leave the patio doors open with your back to them, otherwise you may find a peacock in your apartment - yes, really!). The apartment is large and laid out thoughtfully. The kitchen is well-equipped both in terms of appliances and the crockery and utensils; I found I had everything to hand for my stay. The shower room is bright, extremely clean and, again, well laid out; a heated towel rail ensures you don't come back to soggy towels the next day. There is a shared utility room at the end of the apartment block; this houses laundry facilities and the various waste receptacles (well thought out for those who like to recycle responsibly!). Also in the utility room are snacks and a fridge of drinks paid for via an honesty box; a nice touch. Externally the parking is spacious and handily close to the apartments. It's an easy and short drive into Almere and the main roads/motorways are surprisingly close. I've stayed in many apartments in the Lelystad/Almere/Spakenburg/Naarden area over the past 4½ years; this ranks as one of the very best.

The host was so friendly, as were the the other people on the property. It was great to be able to go see the horses and see peacocks casually strolling around! Such a beautiful location, and a very cosy nice place to stay.

Everything is incredibly beautiful here. A peaceful farmhouse. The horses and pets are very cute. Especially the host was very helpful to us, we are grateful to him as a family. He even helped us to fix our car, thank you again. I recommend this place to everyone. I would definitely like to come here again.

Quiet location

This was the perfect place to stay in when visiting the Wageningen Bioveterinary Research for a few days: a very quiet location close to the institute. The hosts were extremely helpful and even borrowed a bike without an extra cost. The kitchen was well equipped for all my cooking needs.

Very complete kitchen and spacious living room, nice shower and nicely furnished.If you like horses there are plenty of them. Atmosphere soothing. There was little time to get to know our hosts but it is clear that they put their passion in the place and everything feels relaxed.

Real Nature experience! Our kids were literally enjoyed with all pet animals and spent all time like own family. The house is very quietly located. No roads or other noise. The apartment is great. Kitchen has everything, enough sleeping options, bright, bathroom with large space and everything cleaned and well maintained.

“Relaxing and nearby to the nature park”

The B&B was situated close to where we wanted to cycle in the Nature Park. The accommodation was large. Downstairs was the main living room area and the bathroom. Upstairs on a mezzanine level was the bedroom. There was plenty of garden furniture to sit on outside. The garden area was extremely neat which made it enjoyable to have a cup of tea while admiring the peacock and peahen, chickens, cat and the rather excitable dog. Free eggs were available. There was plenty of tea and coffee. A washing machine was available to use which was handy. Bring your own washing liquid/ pods. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome. It was very peaceful with no traffic noise. We would return again if we were cycling in that area.

It was very CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL apartman, owners was the sweetest peoples I ever met.

Lovely accomodation in nice surroundings. Animals were a hit with my daughter and the owners were very friendly.

This appartment is one of several which face onto a garden and lawn with picninc tables and tame peacocks. The host me us when we arrived to give us the keys and was very friendly. The appartment itself is moden, with a large living room with a kitchen in one corner, and a modern bathroom with lots of towel and soaps. The bedroom was up a steep open sided stairway with 2 single beds. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very well equipped. There was a very useful shared room at the end of the row, with a washing machine, fridge full of drinks to buy, eggs for free and lots of tourist information. We had come there mainly to see the nature reserves nearby and it was very well located for these and the coast. We had a great stay there and were very comfortable.

A lovely place to relax and watch all the animals and birds. Very quiet after a busy week for us. Friendly hosts and some delicious fresh eggs for our breakfast.

This is a small hotel with 3 rooms. However, the room is in well maintained condition will full kitchen facilities. There are even peacock on site with a large horse ranch. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay here.
