The house is very well built and perfectly equipped with all kitchen tools, there is more equipment as you would need. The inside architecture is amazing with large glass fronts and a view to the water and the sky for polar lights. There are a main and some little bedrooms, so groups or families can also a bit separate. The wooden terrace is great too, The house is in a camp a bit outside of Leknes, you will need a car, there is no shop in the camp.

Very well set up rorbu-style house with a great view. Great location (provided you have a car): all Lofoten sights, hikes etc within an hour's drive, so rather than staying in multiple places you can stay here and get everywhere. The kitchen is well equipped (oven and microwave as well a hob and fridge, lots of decent saucepans) and there were basics in stock (salt, oil, teabags etc, plus laundry powder). House is right on the water looking across an inlet, so the view is lovely.

Excellent. It has everything for a comfortable stay. Host Gunn was very helpful when we encountered problem with the stove. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Big bathroom, nice dining area and cozy living area. The washing machine worked fine and drying clothes on the rack is possible too. 10 minutes drive to Leknes for dining or groceries and an hour half drive to Hamnoy on good weather. Parking is next to property. Amazing outdoor space to catch the Northern lights. All in all, highly recommended.

Great views, cosy, spacious, well-equipped and clean. The hosts were helpful and responsive. Communication was great. Excellent spot for seeing the auroras.

Although you need transport to get here, the accommodation was in a beautiful location. We were lucky enough to see the northern lights, and were close to some easy hikes with the kids, and stunning beaches. It’s definitely on our list to revisit

Well appointed and located. Clean

The views are stunning from the balcony and a really good central location to get to any part of Lofoten. The cabin is spacious, although I could imagine it being quite a snug fit for 6-8 people around the dining and seating area. The shower was excellent, and the option of air conditioning is welcome on hot mornings in both the main living area and 1st bedroom. Underfloor heating to the shower room and entrance area was welcome when returning home from a long day.

Nice and cozy Rorbur, idel for a group of up to 6 people. Modern and well-maintained and with a fully-equipped kitchen. Lovely views of the lake. Very well located near to the main road.

The location, this is the most suitable and perfect way to feel Lofoten and stay in Lofoten. Nothing can be compared to such experience. Also eating places were near in the city and most of locations were also near, like Viking museum and beaches. Also sitting in evening at the table outside and looking at sea - this is what was needed

The cabin was superb, very comfortable for 6 people , well equipped and very clean. The location was excellent, very central in the Lofoten islands and close to amenities in Leknes. The view over the water was stunning and having the deck outside was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay!
