“A spectacular place in a gorgeous part of the world!”

The Lofotens are a fantastic area, and this was a fantastic area within the Lofotens. The property was very thoughtfully supplied and laid out - a sauna, fire pit, and extras like walking sticks, yoga mats, everything we needed (more or less) of kitchen utensils and equipment, and spectacular views from the entire living area.

Very beautiful and fashionable house, there are many big French windows and the scenery outside window is quite stunning. Facilities in the house are equipped very well, especially the kitchen. There are many seasonings and condiments including oil and soy sauce which were past travelers left I guess, so you can try any cooking there.

The landscape around the location is unique. The interior and equipment has also a very high standard. The Fire Place and Sauna is only one of the many highlights in this appartment. The beds are very comfortable. Our host was always available and gave us some hints and recommendations. Everything was super easy. We had many travels so far, but this one was absolute unforgettable - especially because of this place! We will definitely come back again.

The natural landscapes surrounding the house are nothing short of breathtaking, with the mountains and the sea undergoing a mesmerizing transformation with every play of light and weather. Prior to our arrival, we scoured numerous photos and videos on social media to try and capture the essence of the place. However, when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the reality exceeded the beauty depicted in the photos. The location is incredibly tranquil, positioned right at the forefront of the scenic view with an unobstructed vista. The interior of the house exudes elegance and luxury, each area is spotless. The amenities and provisions were both generous and abundant, right down to the meticulous detail of folding the toilet paper rolls into the classic Japanese hotel-style triangle. The inclusion of a large second-floor television with a diverse range of streaming options was an added delight. The pre-trip instructions were exceptionally detailed and considerate, with rolling updates that conveyed the care and attention given to the property and guest, even including notifications for the Northern Lights. Convenience was another highlight, with a supermarket (complete with an electric vehicle super charging station) and a charming bakery and coffee shop just a short ten-minute drive away. Supplies were readily available. It's worth noting that our stay was for two people, and the space offered flexibility, e.g., spreading out and storing large suitcases. (Compared to more people staying.) I am truly grateful to the host for sharing such a remarkable property with guests. This experience will undoubtedly remain an unforgettable memory for a lifetime.

Even more amazing than described, the house exceeded our expectations. Warm and comfortable, high quality equipment, not to mention the extraordinary view it offers. Also, the host has always been available and very kind. Icing on the cake, we had 3 nights of northern lights, visible directly from the house, what a luxury! We would love to go back when the opportunity arises!

Amazing view, very comfortable house and well equipped kitchen! The area is quiet and sorrounded by nature, which we really liked. Leknes easy to reach in a 10 min drive with all the shops you need.
