“It was awful. They kept switching the light off deliberately to reserve their power”
I’m extremely disappointed with the conditions in the apartment. It is infested with weird bugs that has bitten me around my neck, arm, thighs. They are a lot inside the bed frame. This is scary. I’m going to the clinic to check if they are poisonous. Kindly give me a solution or compensation for this. The stuff are not nice. They threatened to open our room when we went out to tour. The place is not conducive for people to stay.

I successfully reserved the apartment from booking.com, only to get there they told me that all their rooms were fully booked. I showed them my reservation confirmation receipt but they told me there was nothing they could do. I don't know where the fault came from whether it's from booking.com or the Urban Haven Apartment but what I do know is, if a customer is trying to book an accommodation/room and the room is not available, you (young guys; the platform operators and the hotel itself) should find a way to immediately notify the customer to avoid him going through all the troubles of going to an apartment that is not available for lodging. I was left stranded yesterday night in the middle of nowhere in Lagos looking for an alternative hotel/apartment within my budget.
