“So unprofessional”
I visited this property for the first time and had a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I noticed there was no proper reception area to welcome clients. The staff were unprofessional, and to make matters worse, they didn’t accept international cards for payments. I was in Nigeria for the first time, and this made it extremely difficult to complete my transaction. I felt frustrated and unwelcome, which ultimately forced me to find alternative accommodations. This experience was far from what I expected.

“They wont refund your caution fee so if you are not ready to part with your money, don’t book house4”
I paid a caution fee of NGN 50,000 which house4 has refused to refund. I have called and called and they keep making excuses. I am yet to receive my refund after a week. Sometimes, they even ignore my calls. How can you tell me that a company accountant is unreachable? Is this how businesses are run here?
