Overview
The traditional 18th Century building of Hotel Zubieta is situated in Lekeitio. All rooms are uniquely named and decorated, and have free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. A breakfast buffet featuring local produce can be served in the cafeteria or outside on the terrace. In the evenings hot and cold tapas is available. The cozy bar features original wooden beams and the hotel also has gardens where guests can relax. The Zubieta Hotel is just 30 minutes from Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve. It is also 1 hour from Bilbao and San Sebastián.

“Lovely and Peaceful Heritage Hotel”
The building is gorgeous, the pool lovely, very quiet and peacetul. The breaktast had a great selection, the staff were all very kind and helpful. My room had beautiful natural light. The water pressure was amazing! Very nice bar with snacks and Txakoli wine.

Remove the carpet in the bedrooms. The carpeting downgrades the room. Wood floors in keeping with the building would be better. The carpeting cheapens the room

A lovely, stylish and comfortable hotel. We loved sitting in the quiet patio area feeling like we were in the middle of nowhere, yet it is only a very short walk into Lekeitio - which was a fantastic place

“Amazing stay!”
We are so happy we had the chance to stay at hotel Zubieta! We loved our comfy and quiet room, the cafe/bar with cakes and snacks and great wine, the hotel staff were all the loveliest people, parking in the hotel premises was super convenient, and it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Everything was amazing and we want to return!

A surprisingly lovely hotel, in beautiful grounds, located within 5 mins walk of the beach in a busy seaside town. Breakfast was excellent.

We loved our stay at Zubieta. Wonderful friendly staff, immaculately clean, very pretty hotel with the most gorgeous terrace. Felt like a little oasis away from the bustle of town. Lovely breakfast and great bar, an ideal spot to explore Lekeitio. We hope to return!
