“Large hotel appartment in mountain location”

“Bad experience”
Beautiful place, with great design and surrounded by forest. Unfortunately, we stayed on January 1st and there was no one at reception to welcome us. There was no heating, no blankets, no hot water, and no Wi-Fi. It was also stated that pets were not allowed during that period; however, the room next to ours had two Belgian Shepherd dogs, apparently without proper supervision from the hotel staff, which made going outside feel unsafe. The reception, bar, and restaurant areas were left with dirty dishes and abandoned items, as the staff had left the property without taking care of their guests. It is a real shame, as the place has great potential. However, considering the price we paid (which is not cheap) and the level of service provided, we truly felt misled. There was also no commercial gesture or compensation offered for the inconveniences during our stay.

“Unique and beautiful setting”
The setting was beautiful and the accommodation is lovely. While the family don't speak much English they make every effort to make you feel welcome.

Everything in the estate was fabulous, tasteful interior and gorgeous architecture. The host was such a lovely guy, went mountain biking with him, the best way to discover the peaceful surroundings.

Very friendly reception, lovely cycle to Leikitio for dinner. Stunning location. Looking at the stars out in the mountain was beautiful and clear.
