“A peaceful stay”

The view, the patio, the breakfast with focaccia ligure on the patio, the room with all the windows, the view from those windows, the wind at night, the easy parking, the fact that Everything was clean and well maintained. The landlords, a wonderful couple of two lovely, kind, discreet local people. They gave us a lot of information and they always greeted us with a smile. The position is perfect to easily visit the “golfo del tigullio”, but car is necessary!

I can not imagine a better place to have stayed this summer on our visits of Cinque Terre and the Portofino area. The room is fantastic and has a breathtaking view of the sea and surrounding mountains. No need for a TV (there is one, don’t worry) you have three windows facing the astounding scenery. The experience is multisensorial as you get gusts of fresh air and smells of aromatic herbs while every now and then you get to hear the harmoniuos sounds of the bells from the churches on the surrounding hills (during the day of course and at a pleasant intensity). The bed is comfortable, the room big and well lit, the bathroom clean and well equipped. The breakfast is generous and very pleasant as you get to enjoy the wonderful view and peace of the Leivi mountains on the terrace of Villa Rocca. Most importantly our stay was made fantastic by Stefania and Getto who have been the perfect hosts. They have been friendly and supportive, providing solutions for our every need we had and going above and beyond to help us. If you are not a fan of walking as we are, we reccomend coming by car or renting one. We did not come with the car and we had a great time walking down the hill and through Chiavari. Stefania has offered us to arrange for a rental, even negotiating a good price, but we were more than happy to get by on our own feet. A great big thank you to Stefania and Getto for welcoming us in their B&B and for their freindship. Looking forward to come back here soon and explore more of Liguria.

A very nice place with an amazing view. Very kind host. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it to everyone.

The hosts were a very nice couple who were very welcoming and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The house was a little difficult to find as our GPS was unable to locate the exact position of the property but we eventually found it. The breakfast was great.
