“Awesome place with superb Host”

The apartment was perfect in every way, spotless clean, lots of extra things which we didn't find in any other place we stayed (for example grated coffee as well as capsules, sugar, tea, olive oil, two types of salt, dishwasher tabs, etc.). It really makes you feel like at home. The kitchen is absolutely perfect with everything you need to cook anything you want. The view from terrace is breathtaking. But that's not all. There are no words to say enough about Alessandro. We were late to pick up the keys to check in, but there was no problem. The host was so warm and friendly, I didn't want him to leave :-D Just wanted to sit with him, drink wine and talk about Italy and Lego :-D Alessandro left us totally speechless with his surprises (welcoming gifts). It was just wow. And any question we had - we could write to him and get help or advice that we need. Can't wait to come back someday :-)

“Perfect house with sensational view”

A perfect house for relaxation with a sensational view. The cleanliness is impeccable. The host, Alessandro, is a particularly kind and friendly man. He welcomed us with a very pleasant surprise (I won't reveal it so it remains a surprise for other lucky customers). The place is ideal for visiting Genoa, Portofino and Cinque Terre by train from Chiavari, but I recommend visiting this cute little town Chiavari, which has restaurants for all tastes, but also a decent beach. We felt extremely comfortable and safe in Alessandro's house and in this wonderful little town.

“Perfect quiet Italien get away with a great host !”

Alessandro is such an amazing and kind host ! He accommodated our later checkin and was very helpful with advice . He left us fresh herbs and bio lemons from his garden and Prosecco for a welcome . The property is very private, spacious and clean . Pictures don’t do it justice , looks much better in real. It’s perfect for a couple or family get away . There is a very beautiful view at the valley and sea . The kitchen has all what’s needed for good cooking and it’s well ventilated . It’s quiet at night and we’ve had a good sleep . There is a designated parking space in front of the property suitable even for a bigger car . Overall we very much enjoyed our stay .

First of all, this accommodation is run by a wonderful host, Alessandro. You don't come across such a very careful, friendly and caring landlord so often. Apartment on two floors, spacious, very well-kept and very clean. It seems a very authentic Italian atmosphere. You can see that thought has been given to the smallest details, including the fact that the host prepared a fruit basket, herbs from his own garden, and we were even left with home-grown lemons. Indescribably charming view from the accommodation to the mountains, valley and sea. Unforgettable! Nothing was missing either for living or for cooking, besides, Alessandro repeatedly offered to provide something if we suddenly needed something. I won't be lying if I say that it was the best booking experience that my family and I have ever had. We want to come back and we definitely will! Thanks for everything, Alessandro!
