“Rude staff, scam. Loaded extra charges on. Poorly maintained property.”
I should have known this was a scam when I paid the deposit and they wanted to return it late by a different transfer. Then they charged both a cleaning fee then deducted further cleaning from the deposit. Nothing better than rude thieves. Decking around the property was unsafe, dangerously slippy and not been maintained. Outdoor chairs broken and unusable Parasol dirty and covered in slime. Wifi unusable. TV broken. Dining table indoors had holes in it. Also, the beds and bedding were uncomfortable. No facilities like you would expect at a marina. Feedback shared but not response.
