“Never again.”
The property is just across the street from Leiden main station. Some staff members were helpful, but definitely these few nice people I encountered were the minority there!

“Funky hotel in a super location”
The location is fantastic. Just walk out of Leiden Central Station, look to your left, and there it is. Literally a two minute walk. Also a very short walk to all the attractions of the beautiful city of Leiden as well as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. This hotel is a one without a permanent staff presence in reception. If you arrive at a time when there is no one on duty, there is an automated Check In/Check Out facility. There are options to buy all sorts of food and drink and places to consume them off the reception area. Full buffet breakfast is available at the sister hotel next door via a short corridor off reception Reception staff, when they were available, were all very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean, warm and comfortable, with a somewhat unusual en-suite arrangement. The toilet is in a separate room, but the wash-hand basin and shower are effectively part of the bedroom. I would describe the hotel as somewhat 'funky', though we rhoroughy enjoyed our four-night stay there.
