“Comfy”
Breakfast was very good, good variety, plenty of food and space and a very accommodating room. Rooms were quite good, maybe missing some more lighting. Very comfy beds and pillows.

“A little remote but brand expectations on point”
Comfortable, clean, nice toiletries, huge TV with plenty of channels, nice sofa space and little fridge. Complimentary drinks voucher for skipping a daily room clean appreciated. The nearby district towards the Jumbo supermarket was a beautiful utopia of canals and stunning houses, an incredible community space if you have time to walk across and enjoy it.

“Comfortable stay in Science Park !”
Very close to the science campus so very convenient for us traveling for work. Gym area was well equipped and the food at the restaurant was quite nice.

Very disappointing experience at Hilton Garden Inn Leiden, far below Hilton standards. Breakfast service was unacceptable – basic items were constantly missing and not replenished. We had to ask multiple times, and staff seemed more focused on ending service than actually serving guests. There were even long queues of children waiting for waffles due to lack of supplies. Our request for an extra bed was ignored twice by reception (Mary), with no follow-up at all. Billing was another major issue – despite providing company details twice at check-in, we were refused an invoice at check-out. I had to contact Booking.com and follow up by email, and I still haven’t received the final invoice. Parking is also very poorly designed, almost unusable for normal-sized cars, and the surrounding area is under construction. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. It is far from the Hilton standards I know, having worked nearly 10 years in Hilton management. ---

This is a very good hotel next to Leiden University. Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is good and the stuff is very friendly and helpful.

“Clean, quiet and comfortable”
Everything was excellent and the hotel was really good about cancelling a double booking due to a problem with the Booking.com app. They were also very kind and helpful when we got stuck in traffic and we called to let them know we would be a little late for checkout.
