“One night only - would have preferred a couple”
I've stayed here before but arrived late this time. Check-in was about 23:00 and no room service or nearby catering. The hotel is still great, modern and clean rooms and helpful staff. Great walk-in shower rooms. . . and great views of the town.

“Good hotel and a great location for getting the train!”
The food at dinner time in the restaurant was good, the service from dinner staff was excellent. Especially the gentleman who ushered us to our table, he was really friendly to my kids.

This place is amazing and it was not much more than my previous night in a 6 room mixed hostel, amazing breakfast, incredible room, with fabulous views, fantastic shower, very comfortable bed

BED BUGS 🐛 ‼️ I was lucky I take a nap straight away after the check in. After 30 min under duvet I start feeling something biting me on legs and back. And yeah it was BED BUGS ! Reception staff was friendly, the give me 2 free drinks at the restaurant and new room straight away but I have been sleeping in so many hotels all around the world but never had bedbugs in the bed. I can't imagine if I go out straight away and come back at night and all the bed baugs come to my suitcase luggage and my clothes and I bring all this back home !!!!

We spotted a mouse running across the restaurant floor. We reported it to staff and didn’t even get an apology. My son also found a hair in his breakfast. It ruined our trip. When we spoke to a manager at checkout about it she was quite dismissive and rude.

“Basics were fine, but probably not a place for a longer stay.”
The bed was comfortable, and the basics were fine as a place to stay for one night. Staff were able to store a bag while I was waiting to check in. Nice view from the hotel windows, as the hotel rooms are near the top of the tall building (floors 9-11 I think).

“Very happy with hotel in an excellent location”
The location was perfect, right next to the bus and train station. Also a few minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was ok but we didn’t eat there at any other time as we were usually out.
