“Homely stay in Leiden to explore the region”
We had a delightful 2 night stay in Leiden at De Pelgrimsplaats. It was tulip time and the Leiden location was perfect to visit Keukenhof. A short less than 10 minute walk takes you to the Centraal Station making it a perfect place to explore the region. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Although the WC and the small shower were separate, it really did not matter for us. Anna, our host prepared delightful hot breakfast for us in the morning. She also gave us an overview of the place, the heritage building and also tips for local sightseeing which was very useful. I recommend this accommodation - my only comment is that a few more rugs on the cold cement floor may make the room more comfortable in colder months.

Fantastic host. Very knowledgeable and happy to share her knowledge of local area. Beautiful room with extra facilities like kitchenette. Close to lots of great museums and a short walk to Leiden central, where we could head into Amsterdam. Wonderful breakfast!

“Lovely, well situated apartment with helpful host and a great breakfast”
I loved my stay at this apartment. I'd stayed before with the previous owners, and had loved it then, but it's even better now. The breakfast was wonderful, very generous, fresh and nicely presented. The apartment is perfect for me as a solo traveller. It's right in the centre of Leiden on a cobbled street, so no traffic other than the occasional taxi. It was nice to eat outside one evening. There are several supermarkets within easy walking distance. Everything works well, and I'd recommend it without reservation.

“Charming apartment in historic old town!”
We absolutely loved our stay in this charming property in a beautiful and peaceful part of the city! Although it was tucked away from the crowds, it was perfectly located with many restaurants and bars as well as main sights a short walk away. We loved the view of the church and the cobble stone streets just outside the accommodation. Quiet and comfortable studio apartment. The owners were very kind and welcoming and served up a delicious, ample breakfast with lovely products!

“Great couples-sized apartment in the heart of Old Leiden.”
Great option if staying in Leiden's Old Quarter. On a quiet street right next to Pieterskerk, the appartment is decently sized for two persons and has a large bed, kitchen and separate bathroom/shower. The decoration makes it very welcoming and cozy, and there are multiple restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity.

“Trev and Mary's cycle tour of Holland”
We arrived a little early on our bicycle's and were welcomed very warmly by Anna's husband who gave us all the information about their b and b. We were able to store our bikes in the room. Breakfast was very good lot's of homemade produce which was delicious and delivered to our room. Their b and b was very central and we wished we could have stayed extra days.

“Nice suprise to find this kind a place”
Nice and clean apartment with good location. Not too noisy, even if located next to a street where cars are alloved. A charming hostess. She also gave good hints for places to visit. An excellent breakfast served in the morning according to your own wishes. Very flexible check-in.
