“Comfortable and central but also quiet and relaxing”
Was great that they upgraded me to what would have normally been a nicer room then decided to revert to my original room because they realised in the extreme heat in Europe this week the temperature would be more comfortable at the back of the hotel. Shows they were really thinking about the customer experience - so they score a lot of points with me for this. Clear instructions for late check in. Friendly farewell in the morning. My room was small but I went for a small room intentionally as its all I needed for one night. Bed was comfortable and everything worked well. Well located. Was quiet despite central location.

Excellent location, walking distance from station and in the city center. Very kind and very helpful staff. Very good and extensive breakfast. Good, comfortable beds. Rooms are a bit small, but OK. Happy with my stay!

“Exceptional service and a lovely clean, newly renovated suite.”
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this very clean, newly renovated, quiet, comfortable suite that had ample space for us to relax. It had a small fridge and a microwave so we could prepare our own breakfasts and lunches. There was a lock safe in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and within walking distance from the train, shopping areas, and restaurants. There are many things to see and do in Leiden. We also used this location as a base to explore nearby cities, beaches and tourist sights via train and bus. We would stay in this city and at this hotel again.

The location is excellent since it is close to the train station and the old part of the town. The hotel interior is very much in style of the older houses which was very nice. In terms of amenities, I had everything I needed in the bathroom and the room itself (like shampoo, shower gel, air dryer).

Nice newly refurbished room but old dirty ceiling in bathroom. Few more shelves or hooks in (bath)room would be nice. Great beds.
