Very clean and quiet, small kitchen with fridge included, comfortable bed and lots of space, large windows on both sides. Nice location along quiet canal, 10-15 min walk from train station. Overall a very good place to stay, albeit a little on the expensive side.

Locatie was excellent, just a short stroll into the city center. The service, the facilities all neat and beatifully designed. We got a room on groundfloor, super easy with our suitcases, as there is no elevator. The room was super, especially with the little kitchenunit, for which making your own cup of tea or coffee is great, only minor thing is the lighting, a bit on the darker side for my older eyes, yet good athmosphere, the bathroom is a little small, but functional and part of the Dutch way of design. It was a pleasure to stay here in a wonderful city. Can recommend it to anyone visiting Leiden.

“Relaxing break in a good quality hotel.”
It was a quiet location, the room was a good size, beds comfortable, large TV & tea/coffee making facilities. The staff on front desk were very friendly & helpful. Continental breakfast was good quality, hotel doesn’t have a dining area so this had to be taken back to the room, but room had a small table so this wasn’t an issue.

Beautiful building with lovely decor. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Delicious hot chocolate at reception, for free. Bikes for hire!

The bed was amazing, both firm and comfortable. The kitchenette was clean, well-organised, and had all the necessary equipment. The hotel is centrally located and the staff were friendly and attentive.
