The interior of the building was like 1970, the pictures of the "lake" were like las vegas, reality was a building site, and the whole building and room smelled horrible.

“Good but I will not book again”
Perhaps I was lucky but had the best receptionist ever. Smooth check-in and later she took all the time to explain how to come from this suburb to Madrid center. By the way, it takes some 45 minutes by metro. The room was fine and the bathroom good.

“Great value for the price for a shopping trip”
The location is both the main perk and the main drawback: it’s right in the middle of the Parquesur trade center, (which also makes it quite noisy). Great in-suite bathrooms though!

“It was a good stay”

Poor breakfast, outdated room with no view from the window at all - view for a wall. I don't understand how this place got 4 stars. For me is 1 or 2 stars. Do not recommend

“It was fine for our short stay but the hotel is dirty and dated.”
Loved the location to the shopping centre. Staff were all friendly. The rooms were cleaned regularly so the floors, beds and bathroom were clean.

Location awesome! Plenty to see in the shopping centre and a good choice of places to eat. Bed was quite comfortable, room is basic no kettle and just a fridge and TV.
