Staying in Leforama was definitely worth it, all the previous reviews have said it all, I can only join them and recommend the hotel highly. The hotel is perfect for those who prefer smaller hotels with a friendly atmosphere, with beautiful views from the balcony, quiet and silent places and walks (the hotel is relatively remote, it is a 2.5 km long, yet a very pleasant walk from Lefkos main beach and main street, but you should know that the way back from the village to the hotel is pretty steep). The hotel can also serve as an ideal starting point for exploring the whole island (by car only, a bus transport is not really an option in Lefkos). But I guess you could be quite fine if you decide to stay in Lefkos only and choose one from its 5 beaches (bays). Breakfast is not a buffet style, it is a set breakfast consisting of bread, cheese, yoghurt, a piece of cake, a delicious homemade jam, salami or egg, fresh fruits, fresh orange juice, coffee/tea and it is served each day from 8 o’clock (the hotel is rather small so I guess a buffet breakfast wouldn’t be very practical) but I think the breakfast was nice and quite sufficient. The room was comfortable, the owners clearly love taking care of their guests and are very nice to them (thanks!). Lefkos itself is a quiet little village (and Lefkorama hotel even more), not recommended only for those who prefer lively resorts with a lot of shops, restaurants, swimming pools, water parks etc. This can also be said about the whole island of Karpathos (it is very relaxing, not overfilled with tourists like some other Greek islands - Crete, Rhodes, Santorini, Corfu, Zakynthos etc - but by far it is no less beautiful, on the contrary), nonetheless you could find livelier places there, with the only bigger resort on the island being perhaps the one in the outskirts of the capital town of Pigadia.

Breakfast served by lovely people with a wonderful view. It’s a little away from lefkos beach, which makes the atmosphere very beautiful. Less touristic, quiet, romantic. The restaurant eklekton which doesn’t belong to the hotel, but is just 100 meters away, was the best we experienced in whole karpathos.

A truly exceptional place to stay amongst nature. We loved the peace there. The breakfast was spot on and a little different each day served by Manoli himself. We couldn't fault anything here at all, I'd recommend you stay here, you won't be sorry.

Perfect small hotel between a beautiful garden with several olive trees. Manolis and Sophia are perfect hosts. Say hello to Odysseas every day is lovely too. The breakfast is incredible good with a lot of local stuff from Karpathos or the garden. Several beaches and restaurants are close, but we recommend a car (were they can help to find a good one). The room is very nice and has a beautiful view to the sea. We fully recommend to stay there. Lefkos is a perfect location to visit the island.

This place is a real nirvana of relaxation. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast. Very friendly and helpful hosts Manolis and Sophia & staff made our stay complete. The location is also great to explore other (secret) parts of Karpathos. We had and AMAZING time!

Let's start with Manoli and Sphia, wonderful hosts who immediately put us at ease with fresh fruit, an indication of what to see, the most beautiful beaches and excursions. And for this we are really grateful to Sophia for allowing us to spend a beautiful week in Karpathos. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, in a quiet area where in the evening you can enjoy the fresh wind from the sea, total peace and a strategic position exactly in the middle of the island. The rooms are new an clean, equipped with all comforts. Breakfast is a sight: sweet, salty, fresh fruit from the garden. All very good! We miss our "corner" in the front garden where we enjoyed a beer at the end of the day. We soon fall in love with this place and it was hard having to go back to everyday life. Even the other guests were all friendly and kind and chatting in the evening was a pleasure. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy your vacation, Lefkorama will go above and beyond your expectations!

It was our first time at Lefkorama and it was really a beautiful stay. Sofia and Manolis are great hosts: kind, passionate and always helpful. Our room was big and comfortable and we really enjoyed breakfast in the terrace with a lot of homemade products (marmelade, honey...). The place is very quiet and close to the sea. “One of our best stay in our life”

Best place to be in Karpathos. Everything was perfect: the room, the view on the sea and the mountains, the terrace, the breakfast, the soupers ( every day, another greek menu). We especially thank Sophia, Nikos, Zoe and Nikos jr for all their attentions especially oriented to offer to their guests the best stay. Our stay was above our expectations. We will come back, sure!! We highly recommand this hotel, unique in Karpathos.
