We did not take breakfast at the guest house but the tea and coffee making facilities were most welcome. Lovely, quiet location, a short walk from the city centre. Two sunny balconies attached to the room and king-size, very comfortable bed. Roomy and light and airy. Fantastic private bathroom with complimentary soap and shower gel. Very pleasant shower and spacious bathroom. Warm welcome from the owner and a booklet of very useful tips and suggestions for the locale. Great experience, would highly recommend.

“It is a very nice room, with a lovely balcony so that you can sit and relax in the sun!”
Good location near the central train. Clean and beautiful bathroom. The amenities were very generous by Dutch standards. Some rooms are up the stairs so check with the host before you book if you have mobility problems!

“A gem near the centre”
Set in a quiet, residential area easy walking distance from the centre, the room had every facility including a fridge and microwave. The balcony deck was a particularly enjoyable feature. The host was very welcoming and friendly, and happily arranged for a parking permit on the street, which was reasonably priced.

Great location, kind staff. We had to check in very late and Bert accommodated that with a smile. The decor was beautiful and we loved the patios. Excellent value for money considering that it's essentially a private hotel with no other guests. Easy to walk downtown and to the train station. They also had many brochures which helped us guide our experience in town. All around lovely.

“Had a good comfortable stay, excelent value in this price range.”
Wonderful room, which had allot of room and was well lit, came with a private roof balcony. Also a nice and clean spacious bathroom was available.
