“Great location I’m heritage building which could be even better with some minor enhancements.”
Location is excellent, very central (however quiet) in a lovely 3 storey heritage building. Three storeys with different living areas provide space to relax. We liked having a variety of real, leaf teas + teapots, as well as coffee facilities. The staff responded to our requests, after initial slowness in answering queries.

Very beautiful house, cozy, comfortable and everything you need is there. My husband and I celebrated New Year's Eve and have wonderful memories. We had a rest and were charged with warm energy.

We loved it. A really beautiful, warm, cosy and comfortable gem in the heart of Leeuwarden, which I hadn't previously realised was so beautiful. The guesthouse is an old building, I presume a traditional townhouse, on three levels. It is beautifully appointed and decorated so that it hugs you. We loved the artisan touches, especially the soaps and delicious tea selection. I did not meet the owners, but they were very responsive and helpful to my few questions.

“In all, lovely stay !”
Breakfast was perfect, generous and various with No glu option (but only we needed a change of days that was unfortunately not possible, cause already booked before arriving). The flat is very nice, welcoming, with all amenities, open shower in bathroom, and 2 toilets ; on 3 different floors (Careful few Steps!), nice viewing on Céramic Museum, and even close to Oldehove. The road is calm at night. The area is wonderfully close to every point of interest, and a few minutes from the train station.

“Great location, better facilities, perfect for a break”
Very spacious, bed was extremely comfy, kitchen was very well equipped, and dishwasher was an added bonus!

This house is very clean and nice decorated. It’s also situated in the city center. It’s perfect if you want to explore the city.
