Cozy cottage ,delicious breakfast 10/10 & nice teas in the room. Keyless entry & walk in shower. Fantastic communication & information from the host Lovely relaxing garden area to sit but there was mosquitoes do remember to use spray Note Parking is on street as you find it near the property. There isn’t space for large bags

“WARNING !!! S T A Y A W A Y ! ! !”
In the morning, I received a whatsapp message from the responsible person. "My tire is flat , I can not make it to the breakfast" I asked if there is something which I can eat in the house -since it is a house, not a hotel". She didn't replied to me for more than two hours. then she wrote she has to deal with her car and can not come back. No explanations about the breakfast, no solutions. After I gave a negative comment on Booking about the incident, she reached me and ask me to pull the comment back, when I declined, She insulted me saying "Go back to school to learn some manners" . Just don't stay there.

It’s very cozy, lovely house with gorgeous garden. The breakfast was with delicious, organic products. In our room was very clean, bed sheets were nice and mattress with pillows were very comfortable.

The breakfast is personally prepared, with all food organic and freshly prepared. There is light music during the breakfast time. The room is small but very cosy! And I like the clean floor very much!

Very good breakfast. The owner puts effort in selecting good products from Local as well as foreign produce. Not your average run of the mill Breakfast banquet.

“Stay in Leeuwarden for a conference”
Cozy nice small hotel, close to the center on bike. Rooms are small but nice and with style furniture. Homemade breakfast. No reception, all runs by number codes. Great garden with a lot of opportunities to spend time there.

“A very charming stay not too far from the bustling city centre.”
Even though I wasn't able to properly finish up my online check-in due to technical difficulties, the owner went out of their way to help me out with everything necessary to finish up the procedure so that I could use the room as soon as possible.

“cosy,comfy,quiet”
It was so cosy up in the „Queen Elisabeth“-Room, I slept really well. And even though the City Center is only a two-minute-bikeride away, it was very quiet. So I left fully energized to continue my trip not without a friendly message from my host wishing me a safe journey.

“Disappointing, we certainly didn't think it was value for money”
Room was clean and reasonably comfortable, however it was extremely small. There wasn't really anywhere to store luggage which was a problem for us as we were on a two week holiday through Holland. Shower was very good but there wasn't a door on the bathroom so you were pretty well washing and toiletting in the bedroom!
