Very comfortable room, lots of parking. The staff on reception were very helpful. Good coffee and continental breakfast.

I liked it better, the kindness of the housekeeping, the room was clean.

Welcoming reception staff and housekeeping ladies polite and friendly. The room was spotless, very comfortable.

This hotel is the cleanest Red Roof ive stayed in. Excellent bathroom and very modern.

Basic accomodations, nothing fancy, but very clean & comfortable. Great value for the area which is very expensive.

The beds were comfortable and a decent price

Friendly welcome at Reception

The room was big enough and the location of the hotel was good. There were some restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was very friendly.

We were traveling from out of state for a 5pm Friday wedding and were hoping to check in earlier than the 4pm time . I called the hotel in the morning as we were leaving and requested the earlier check in in order to prepare for the wedding , if possible. Although the front desk staff person could not guarantee the room would be ready he understood my request and made a note of it . Fortunately, we were able to check in at 3 pm so we didn’t have to stress about being late to the wedding. Appreciated their sensitivity to the situation .

Location was fine, right off the interstate. The room was made up after we left the first day, towels replaced. Did have a good sized refrigerator with a freezer. The bathroom is tight, need to place a towel in the tub so don't slip and fall when take a shower. There is a bar at the back side of the tub, far away from the faucets.

Management (General Manager) allows for cleaning staff to steal from guests, as well unethically surcharging guests who stay there and book through the front desk.

The location of the hotel was excellent for me. It is very close to local transportation and food courts. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is enough to eat but there was no fruit.
