Everything that I liked was forgotten when I was harassed and terrorized by the man working the front desk that evening and overnight. I was embarrassed, harassed and abused mentally, verbally and emotionally. I was chased to my room and threatened with being dismissed from the property for requesting bedding and being told it was not available and getting upset about it. When I let him know my anxiety was being triggered he told me that if I had health problems he would call an ambulance. All I needed was a blanket and a pillow for my son to sleep on the sofa we had been led to believe was a sofa bed in the advertisement and booking website. This man took the complaint & request for bedding very personal and retaliated in the most utterly disgusting way. I was FORCED to come back down to the lobby to "get my additional bedding" because I must talk to him first in front of the cameras and sign a form which he would not explain. I went to lobby and waited for 5 minutes before asking if I could please just go back to my room and son. He then told me (in front of 3 other guests) "Since you are being nice now you can go to your room and I will bring the form and blankets up." We waited another 20-30 min for the blankets while my son listened to me sobbing in the bedroom the entire time. Once he arrived he asked if I was ok... I replied no and asked for the supposed form. This individual abused me and threatened me and ended up getting me to sign a piece of paper that said that I understand that my room does NOT come with a sofa bed... ALL OF THAT FOR A PIECE OF PAPER STATING SOMETHING THAT I BROUGHT TO HIS ATTENTION AND ACCUSED ME OF LYING ABOUT AND BROUGHT ME DOWN IN THE FIRST PLACE. I got no sleep. He had the NERVE to call me once we were finally settled and in bed to offer an additional night for free for my "troubles". I would not visit this location again if I was paid to. It was all so unbelievably and utterly disgusting.

I never got my damage deposit back. I know I never damaged anything what was supposed to be a budget friendly stay ended up costing me more than a 4 system hotel
