Room size. However in the 2 bedroom room the steps are a spiral staircase - you could not get your suitcase up there.

The property is close to the city and is easy to find. The access control system is easy to use, allowing simple access without keys.

Everything is absolutely perfect, 1000% recommended! The suites, the spa and the entire palazzo are wonderful, we could not believe that they look even better than the photos! The host is an amazing person, he cares deeply about his guests and makes sure that all of their needs and wishes are met, he even organized a wonderful birthday surprise for me :) I don’t think you would be able to find better accommodation and a better host in Lecce. “Little gem in Lecce”

We loved everything. The location was easy to find and a few minutes walk from all the main sites . The communication was great before we arrived .we loved the room decorated beautifully and lots of added touches . Very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean . The breakfast was a typically Italian one with lovely homemade cakes pancakes and breads . My husband had scrambled eggs each morning nothing was too much trouble for Bella who made the breakfast and was very nice and friendly . The spa was a real gem we just loved it .Dressing robes were a great touch .Been able to play your own music in the spa was great fun .

Very unique. Our room was beautifully decorated and it a had a door to a little outside space. The pool in the basement was just so welcome after a day of walking in the heat. I had the pool to myself with my my music connected up to the speakers - it was quite magical. Owner was very helpful with restaurant recommendations etc.

Alessandro the resident owner was very welcoming, excellent communication and easy to check in , Amazing swimming pool in the basement (available for 5 hours a day shared with 2 other apartments, also could hire for private use in the evenings for an extra fee), complete with bluetooth surround sound. Tasty fresh savoury dish and cakes for breakfast. High spec renovated palazzo.

Excellent property, beautifully restored Palazzo with 3 guest rooms. Packed with little luxuries to make your stay more comfortable. The Host meets everyone on arrival and gives a tour of the property. Spotlessly clean. The Pool is the wow factor, heated, good size and Bose surround sound! NB it has limited access and guests pay to book private evening slots.

Beautifully renovated property with big rooms and bathroom. Located right in the heart of Lecce. It felt homely and welcoming. The bed was very comfy.

The host Alessandro and his staff were exceptional and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was of the region, with fresh cheese from a family farm, freshly made Foccacia and other delights. Alessandro made a number of recommendations to eat, of which all turned out to be enjoyable. The focus was mainly on eating local fare, which in all cases was well cooked. The suites are well located in the centre of Lecce, giving easy access to the centre of the city. Eating out was good value for money compared to Northern Italy. Alessandro also provided suggestions of places to eat around the heel of Italy, which turned out to be excellent.

Very central location on the edge of the old town. Small (3 bedrooms) but very clean, tidy, great rooms and bathrooms, great breakfast and very friendly and chatty host. Gave us great information on local restaurants etc. Pool in the basement was a great facility (even if I didn't get to use it). Would highly recommend for small groups or individual couples.
