This hotel is extraordinary...it is utterly beautiful. It is a gorgeously restored palace from the 1500s. Stunning! What's more, is the art is spectacular. Every detail of this hotel, in every corner, is visually compelling. Additionally, the staff were truly exceptional in every way. I highly recommend this gorgeous hotel, it is indeed the jewel in the crown of Lecce.

Beautiful, very spacious room. Unique furnishings and the staff were all friendly very accomodating to requests, the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. This was our favourite hotel we stayed in over the four weeks of travelling.

“Grand heritage hotel in old town”

The hotel is grand with heritage architecture and modern art pieces throughout all spaces. The location is at the entry of the old town, the service is excellent and breakfast has good variety. We had a great experience and would love to come back.

“Special place, very authentic, super location”

It’s an amazing hotel, steeped in history and full of charm. We had room 001 which has the underground pool and is something we got lots of use out of, especially after a day walking around Lecce in the hot weather. The location of the hotel is excellent and within seconds you are in the thick of the old town. The roof top is lovely and is great for sipping a glass of wine above the roof tops of Lecce. It has the space for a small pool and our advice to management is to put one in if you can. We moved from Lecce to Monopoli and the hotel there did have a pool, and it added another dimension to the stay. That’s not to take anything away from the hotel - it’s beautiful and you feel like you’re in Lecce’s rich history. It’s a special place and we would definitely go back there if we get the chance.

Everything about this hotel was great. The location in a quiet street near the centre, the traditional architecture and unique arty decor. Our room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast is tasty. The staff were really helpful. They offer valet parking, which worked seamlessly. They also booked us a great taxi for a trip to San Foca.

I'm not sure you could get a better location. The hotel is in the heart of the beautiful old town and has a lot of character. The rooms are spacious and the offer of valet parking (at a fee), was very helpful.
