Outstanding experience at Patria Palace. From arrival to departure everything was exceptional. The suite was luxurious, the breakfast was expansive and what I ordered was perfectly executed. The staff were so professional, warm and welcoming. I think this is the best hotel experience I have ever had.

Outstanding, truly worth every penny. If it were possible, we would gladly give this hotel 6 stars. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The rooms are elegant, comfortable, and very well maintained. During our stay, we even decided to change rooms because we wanted one with a balcony, and it was absolutely the right decision. The new room was stunning, with a wonderful ambiance that made our stay even more special. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional staff. Every single person we encountered was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Whether it was housekeeping, the service team, the porter, the bar staff, or the reception, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. This level of genuine hospitality is rare and truly appreciated. The breakfast is another highlight and leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. There is a fantastic selection of fresh juices, excellent egg dishes prepared to perfection, a wide variety of fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. Everything is of outstanding quality and beautifully presented, making each morning a real pleasure. Overall, our stay was simply perfect. This hotel combines comfort, elegance, and exceptional service at the highest level. We would not hesitate to return and are already looking forward to our next visit.

“Our stay was absolutely wonderful with superb food and excellent service!”
We were moved to a different room after one night as I needed to have more light as I suffer from SAD. We absolutely loved our new room...it was perfect! Camilla and Simone were exceptional in acting very quickly and sorting out our room and the car transfer to our onward destination. The breakfast each morning was a gastronomic treat with so much delicious pastries and fresh fruit to choose from. We also enjoyed our hot cooked breakfast and the wonderful cappuccinos. We also enjoyed the wonderful Atenze Restaurant situated on the roof terrace with the wonderful view of the Santa Croce. We ordered the tasting menu I had champagne and my husband had the wine pairing. Our waitress was Ilaria who was so knowledgeable on the food and the wine. The service was impeccable. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and will recommend the hotel to our friends.

“Patria Palace can rightly claim to be a ‘Leading Hotel of the World’”
We arrived by car, following precise instructions given by the hotel in advance. The car was immediately unloaded by the doorman and another staff member took the car away to valet parking. We were greeted with a glass on prosecco whilst registration took place. Our room on the first floor was a superb 3 room suite. There was no view, just windows facing an internal courtyard shaft. Both the bedroom and bathroom were superb. Breakfast was absolutely excellent. All the hotel staff were friendly and attentive. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE FROM AUSTRALIA. Booking.com has an error in its system showing \n\n from Hongkong. ???

Parking in cities in Puglia can be very difficult. This hotel provides a parking service that made this so much easier. If you add that to the exceptional service and beautiful property it makes this hotel quite outstanding.

“Fabulous hotel in great location”
True 5 star hotel, fabulous room that included a bath in the room itself as well as separate shower and toilet room. Staff were incredible and extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was superb and featured a harpist playing in the background. Location is amazing, with all the main points of interest in the historic centre a very short walk away. Unfortunately, the rooftop restaurant and bar, which have a great view over the Basilica, were closed due to inclement weather during our stay.
