“An outstanding boutique hotel, conveniently located with lovely staff!”

The staff were very attentive with particular mention to Lucio on reception and the lovely lady at breakfast, whose name I didn't get (apologies). There was a good selection of buffet and hot breakfast options each day. The hotel was cleaned twice daily and the quality of finishes as well as bathroom products were outstanding. The location was very convenient.

Everything was amazing! - All the people that work at the hotel and we interacted with were EXTREMELY nice and helpful. - The room was super clean. - The room was quiet, we had curtains which made the room dark in the middle of the day so you could sleep as much as you want. - The bed was excellent; big and comfortable. Also the pillows. - Great location; close to everything. - Parking right outside the hotel. - All the things in the room of high quality materials: slippers, towels, bed sheets, toilet paper etc - The air conditioner worked as a charm, and the room is not overheating during the night so even if it was hot we slept so good.

Beautiful design throughout. Very helpful and welcoming reception staff. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff serving breakfast. Slept brilliantly. Lots of storage in the room. Location was good - not too far to historic parts but also good for shops and services nearby.

Building in construction besides the hotel starts working at 6am… impossible to sleep. Way too expensive for the value you get

I don't understand how the hotel is defined as 5 stars. They send you to a parking lot 600 meters from the hotel without the clerk's desire to take the car. An air conditioning system that doesn't work. There is construction going on near the hotel from early in the morning. Very basic breakfast at a buffet A gift was sent by the hotel for the dissatisfaction.

Very stylish rooms with very comfortable beds. Excellent attention to detail (e.g., providing two bed blankets on request). Very modern and spacious rooms with excellent soundproofing. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The staff were amazing,!!! we got a delicious coffee when we arrived. Beatrice at reception was so helpful for anything we needed and the breakfast was amazing and delicious and fabiana was great as well Comment about cars... There is no parking at the hotel but they have arranged a nearby garage for €20 a day which means you don't have to worry about the car and you can take it out at your leasure

The best hotel we stayed in. The staff was very helpful and couldn’t do anymore for you, they made our stay very special. Would recommend this hotel just beautiful so clean and comfortable
