The location is great, you can walk into old to all the restaurants, bars, sights, beautiful churches. It is a clean and lovely hotel, run by lovely people. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

The Palazzo Bignami was amazing. The owners are friendly & helpful and the standard very high. Our room was beautifully decorated, as was the entire property. The breakfast was fantastic, including fresh fruit, cooked options and a range of Italian bread, pasties & cakes. The location is on the edge of the historic centre so very convenient for the historic sites & restaurants. There is a huge sun terrace on the roof top with lots of comfortable seating & looking at the city views. I'd describe the accommodation as a boutique hotel, it's small & excellent service, highly recommend staying there for exploring Lecce.

“Excellent stay at Palazzo Bignani.”
Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very good bathroom. Nice quiet street but close to the old town. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The owners are helpful and very nice. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Room was luxurious, staff are very freindly (And Mini, the little dog) And the breakfast spread is amazing. The rooftop terrace is massive and amazing also.

“A beautiful and well located place to enjoy a stay in Lecce and quite perfect train travellers.”
Everything important about our stay here was excellent. The room was spacious and delightful, great breakfast catering for gluten free needs and the owners and staff lovely. The decor of every room is filled with intersting pieces and art so it all feels very first class and luxurious. Plus "Mini" the tiny maltese terrier was simply gorgeous and entertaining. The location close to the station but on the very edge of the old historic centre of Lecce was perfect for us, quiet but convenient.

Best hotel by far on our road trip around Italy. Staff was super friendly, spoke very good english. Breakfest was the best we had: mozzarella, ricotta and fresh fruits. Also you get to pet the super cute dog during your stay. Parking was easy, right infront of the hotel.

Nice big room, comfortable bed, black outs and everything required for a comfortable sleep. The hosts were very nice and took the time to explain place to eat and see. The breakfast was very good with a wide array of things to eat. Street parking can be found around the property.
