The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area of Lecce, less than one kilometer from the historic city center, which can be reached with a pleasant walk. The location is convenient for exploring the city while avoiding the busier tourist areas. A useful feature of the hotel is its underground parking garage. Having a secure parking space available made our stay more practical, as we did not need to spend time looking for public parking each day. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable base for our visit to Lecce. While the facilities and services were fairly standard, the convenient location and on-site parking were the main advantages of staying here.

The location was very convenient for the old part of town.There was a parking with charge but you can go all over Lecce on foot . It's not easy to find a parking place in Lecce so having a place in the hotel garage is an asset.Breakfast is quite nice and personnel very helpful.

Great location. Spacious rooms - ours had been renovated and was very comfortable. Pleasant lobby area. Secure parking available- very useful in such a busy place as Lecce. Good breakfast - also excellent coffee if you ask a member of staff for one, instead of taking the “American coffee” from the buffet. It is not a charming personal hotel, but when you book Mercure, you know the package you’re getting.

“Good central hotel with parking”

The hotel is a 20 min walk from the old town, located on a main street full of shops, restaurants and bars, and has a fairly large underground parking lot. Our room was spacious and bright during the day, but at night all the light sources gave a blinding light that I couldn't really read by. The heating is good during winter, the bed is comfortable and the shower is great. Wifi works well. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Complimentary water in the room. Breakfast is quite good with many options, coffee not great.

It was a pleasant experience. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early even though I did not notify the property about my early arrival. There was a train strike the day that i had to leave and the staff was kind to help arrange a transfer to the airport and I got a quite decent price.
