The apartment was fabulous, as were our hosts. The apartment is spacious and designed to a high standard. We had everything we needed and more besides. The location is superb. If you need a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment, I wouldn't bother looking at any other options! Can't wait to return!

“Exceptional hosts and apartment that could not be bettered”

Exceptional is an understatement!. The communications from Graziana were brilliant. We drove to Lecce from Bari. The directions to a controlled car park were great. There we were met by Luigi who took us in his car to the apartment, which is in a restricted part of the city. On arrival, Luigi gave us a tour of the apartment, pointing out everything. Our booking included breakfast and I can only say that we have never been treated to anything as good. The fridge was full of goodies, matched by a full array of breads, conserves, chocolates, etc. We hardly made a dent of what was provided. On departure, Luigi collected us and took us back to our car, which was very welcome as the skies had opened to a deluge. I cannot express how fantastic Graziana and Luigi made the visit, along with a beautiful apartment, located within short walking distance of many of the sites of the city. If we ever return to Lecce I would not dream of looking anywhere else. I should add that whilst we stayed, an issue arose in the light switch in our bedroom. On reporting this, Luigi investigated and returned with an electrician who fixed the problem, all within the space of an hour. If you want perfect hosts, you could look no further than Graziana and Luigi.

Thank you Luigi for picking us up from the station and carrying our bags up the stairs and taking us back to the station and platform. Centrally located to restaurants and attractions. “Prefect apartment in Lecce!”

Great Location just inside gates of old town. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and well equipped. Fridge fully stocked for continental breakfast plus cereal, bread and coffee. Host arranged transfer from airport and Luigi greeted us and explained everything in apartment and kindly drove us to train station on departure. Can’t complement this apartment enough, the best we have ever stayed at.

We liked everything. The apartment is immaculate and stunningly renovated. It is in a fantastic location, best apartment of our one month stay in Italy.

Li Frati Suite is simply wonderful. Located right in the centre of Lecce's historic Old Town, it provides an excellent base from which to wander the streets and experience all that Lecce has to offer. The apartment is beautifully laid out with two ensuite bedrooms. The quality is exceptional, and the beds are super comfortable. Each room has a juliette style balcony with french doors and shutters. The apartment also has great air conditioning, and we always felt very comfortable. The kitchen/living space is comfortable and well equipped. Our hosts had very generously stocked the fridge and store cupboard with an abundance of fresh goods and essentials. There were also three separate coffee options: filter, espresso machine, and stove top moka pot! Italians do love their coffee - as do we! There is a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, and large fridge freezer. There were also plenty of pots and pans to cook with. The apartment would comfortably suit a group of four adults. As a couple, we were able to just enjoy the extra space. There are stairs up to the apartment, but we did not find these to be a problem and were helped with our bags at arrival and departure - thanks, Luigi! Grazie mille - fantastico!'

Location was excellent and the facilities & provisions were amazing!! The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked brilliantly which was welcome as the weather was hot! Our host Luigi went out of his way to make our stay comfortable.. our parking was arranged and he transferred us both ways to and from. Would highly recommend this property for 2 couples or a family.

Li Frati was an exceptionally lovely apartment in the heart of Lecce and we fully endorse all the previous positive comments . Luigi and Graziana were terrific hosts and drove us too and from the car park ( about 15min walk) at the start and end of our stay . The fridge was fully stocked with ample food for breakfast . One of the best stays ever.

Incredible apartment - beautifully decorated, lots of snacks and drinks, super comfortable set up for a small family or two couples with two bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, plus a living room and dining room. Luigi met us at their recommended carpark and drove us to the apartment with our bags. There is a 10 minute easy walk if you want to do day trips. We drove to Otranto, Punta Prosciutto, Porto Cesareo and Santa Maria di Leuca.

Simply perfect! Our experience in Lecce was amazing from the very first moment. Luigi personally welcomed us at the parking lot where we left our car and walked us to the apartment, already showing the care and attention they provided throughout our stay. The apartment is absolutely fantastic, with impeccable facilities and top-quality items – bed linens, towels, a super comfortable bed, an efficient heater, and a beautifully tasteful decoration. We were pleasantly surprised by the generosity of the hosts: there was a wide variety of snacks, fresh fruits, wines, eggs, water, juices, yogurts, and much more. Everything was thoughtfully prepared to make us feel at home and truly welcomed. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore the main tourist attractions and enjoy some of the city's best restaurants. Luigi and his wife were exceptional hosts – always available, quick to respond, and ready to assist us with anything we needed. Luigi even made sure to help us arrange parking close to the apartment on our departure day, so we wouldn’t have to walk far carrying our luggage – such a thoughtful gesture that made a real difference. It was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend special moments in an incredible apartment, with outstanding infrastructure and truly wonderful hosts. Just a note: Luigi speaks Italian, and if you prefer to communicate in English, his wife is happy to assist. In our case, everything worked out perfectly!

Complimentary transport with our luggage offered from the nearby parking lot they recommended to us on arrival and check out. It is very hard to leave this beautiful apartment.
