“Poor”
Outdated and took the property because I had a car and wanted parking and was told later that they don’t have parking. Also there was no toilet paper. I have never written anything but thought the basics are needed and were not provided

Location, location, location. Everything you need is just around a corner. Also great literature on shelves for Italian speakers(readers). Clean and comfy.
