“Luxurious accommodation and excellent value for money”

Exceptionally clean and comfortable luxury accommodation. The owner met us on arrival and communication was excellent. Ideal location in the historic centre but also very quiet. We were a family of four so booked both rooms and had private use of the shared kitchen/dining/living room. A cleaner comes each day which makes the whole experience even nicer. Highly recommended and very good value for money.

We loved our stay at La dimora di Re Idomeneo. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. The rooms are situated in an old and charming building in the historic city center of Lecce and are renovated with attention to detail and feeling for presevation of heritage. Rooms are well equipped and very clean. Coffee, tea, water and some other non alcoholic beverages are included in the price and available all the time. The location is very calm, absolutely no noise at night time. The host reserved us parking spot at the nearby parking area that costs around 10 euro per day. Parking was very close and convinient for us. Great stay all in all!

The accommodation was very clean and very comfortable. Very beautifully decorated. We had 2 rooms so we had exclusive use of the common area. There were lots of little thoughtful touches such as a charging station and line in the shower. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful whenever we contacted them.. They went out of their way, beyond expectation, to help us get help when we found out that Lecce station has no elevator. The location was excellent. Easy to get everywhere on foot.

“Sensational property in a sensational location”

An exceptional stay and will go down as one of my favourite apartment stay in Italy. The apartment itself was large clean and absolutely superb. The owner was incredibly helpful and couldn’t have done any more to make our stay more comfortable. A lovely bottle of local red wine in the room on our arrival wasvery appreciated.

“Absolutely lovely place - 10+++”

This place is gorgeous! Beautiful marble floors, lovely bed & pillows, all the extras you need, for example juice, water, snacks etc. Perfect for 2 couples as it has a shared modern kitchen with all facilities. There is a lovely little inhouse terrace in the room I was in. The host and hostess are super friendly and helpful. I would give this place 10+ if I could and definately coming again.

Excelent stay. The host booked for us a parking spot and they took us into ZTL. Don’t bring all belongings with you, 2 floors is enough for me without elevator.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Everything in it was new and very carefully chosen. Ideally located in a quiet side street but in the heart of Old Lecce so everything was within walking distance. Lecce itself is stunning with wonderful Baroque architecture. Contact with the owners was easy with fast replies before and during our stay.

It was a very nice proprety, near the city center, with newly refurbished rooms, very comfortable bed and clean towels. The room is spacious and clean, also the bathroom. I highly recommend this property, you will feel as in your home, definitely will come back to stay here if we come again to Lecce. Also if you come by car, the parking is near the house, you can pay for as long as you stay, Lillino helped us with this. The owners are very friendly, they waited for us until midnight to accompany us at the proprety, as we arrived late due to bad weather. Thank you Lillino & Tiziana for everything!

Amazing building, great location in the old town, easy to find park 5 mins away, very nice comfortable room, excellent service from the Owners (Lillino and his lovely wife). Definetely I recommend and I hope to be back there soon

Very comfortable and stylish place right in the middle of the old town. Easy walk to many interesting places, cafes and restaurants. The room is very stylish and the hosts provided some drinks, snack and good coffe and tea. It is worth paying a little more for this experience.
