We had a great stay at the hotel. The dinner was delicious with plenty of options to choose from, and the chef did an excellent job. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming, and Hakim in particular was exceptionally polite, professional, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

The check-in was fine, but we had paid extra for parking when booking the hotel, which turned out to be unnecessary—there was plenty of free parking available nearby, even right in front of the hotel. The room was extremely small, and the breakfast was disappointing. Don’t count on it, as most of the options were just sweets from the bar, so we had to eat elsewhere.

Very friendly and polite staff, always ready to assist you and direct you. Hotel is modern and clean, the bed was very comfortable and perfect for a good night rest. Although it is located next to a street there was almost no traffic noise after 11PM. There is an excellent restaurant at the property. I booked the Half Board option, with dinners included in the room price, and I did not regret it at all. The food was excellent and the wine too. The hotel is a bit far away from the city center, approximately 20min walking from Porta Napoli. However, bus R9 stops in front of the hotel and runs from early morning till 8 or 9PM. The neighborhood was safe, I had no problems, even when coming back on foot from the city center after midnight.

The receptionist was very friendly and offered us a larger room at no extra cost. He also provided us with bus tickets to visit the city center. The hotel has a great location, with the bus station right in front of the entrance! Keep the good work!
