The location

Very spacious, comfortable apartment. Also is very close to the histric sights! We had dinner at Miro's, the food was fantastic, and he was really kind person. The included breakfast was also good! We had a great stay!

“Very bad service and communication”

No proper instructions of checkin, they do not contact, we had to wait until they answer phonecall and then until they arrive. There were ants on the floor of the facility. In the morning the cleaner came before the checkout time banging at the door. It was said we can get free breakfast at the Miro coffee bistrot of the same owner, however, once we arrived (before 11) they said they do not give breakfast and we cannot even have a coffee because they don't make it now. Another Italian couple was having coffee at the next table at that moment. We were asked to leave the bistrot. Afterwards, the communication of the property was rude, saying it is impossible we were not served breakfast.

The biggest advantage is the location, a short walk to the city center. There are three apartments, one next to another, four of us stayed in a two-bedroom suite. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. For breakfast, which is in a bar 7 minutes away, you can choose among a variety of things. There's a kitchen but without any gadgets or utensils apart from a mini bar fridge. It is mentioned in the description of the apartment on Booking.

The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. The staff at Mario, the bar and restaurant associated with the apartment were really helpful, friendly and welcoming, especially Juan who met us and introduced us to the apartment. The staff were also very understanding when we forgot to hand the keys back upon departure. The apartment itself was clean and spacious.

The location was great, close to many main attractions in the old town, quiet surrounding and large space. Beautiful view into a front yard w palm trees, orange & lemon trees. The host was very friendly, attentive & helpful finding a scooter rental. She also let us check-in early and leave later which was great.

Highly recommend Fatata suites. Excellent apartment that has everything you need, very clean, excellent wifi, great location, 2 minutes walk to centro storico of beautiful Lecce. Great communication with Francesca who gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and was there if needed anything. Thank you, we will definitely return.

Great location on the edge of the old town. Our host met us on arrival and was very helpful. Apartment was well equipped .

The hosts were so kind that they personally picked us up from the train station at midnight. They also recommended great points in the city to eat and visit. Communication with them was simple and smooth. The location is perfect, in a lovely street inside the old town but just near enough the new town so that you can park a car quite close by (if you rent one). The bedroom is spacious and really beautiful, specially with the morning sunlight. The garden in the entrance is absolutely charming.

“The bathroom should be fixed”

The location is perfect, which was the main reason of choosing this place. The host was also nice, and communication was good. The building itself is gorgeous. The rooms looked clean, although some of the wine glasses were dirty.

Fatata Suits is a very comfortable place to stay in Lece. It is located in historical center. You start to feel the atmosphere of the old city immediately. To explore everything you need at least 3 days. Better - 1 week. Hope to come back.
