The owner was very responsive and welcoming and the place is new and beautifully decorated and peaceful though it is about 15mins from central Lecce by car . Lots of different options offered for breakfast on a buffet table - very tasty with assorted fruits cakes and croissants and pastries to eat outside on the terrace . A really delightful stay and we loved the pool after a hot day.

We spent three wonderful days at Dimora Oru and left feeling deeply cared for and genuinely nourished — both in body and soul. This intimate and beautifully designed retreat, with just a handful of apartments, offered us a rare sense of peace and privacy, all while being just a short walk from the heart of Lecce. Each morning, a lovingly prepared breakfast awaited us — thoughtfully set up in a stunning garden room or directly in the garden itself, surrounded by greenery and quiet beauty. We were even asked in advance what we might wish for breakfast, and everything was served with so much grace and warmth. Coffee? As many as we wanted, always with a smile. The garden, with its serene pool, was a true haven — perfect for slowing down, reading, resting, or simply soaking in the calm atmosphere. Yet, the city and its treasures were always close by, making it an ideal balance between relaxation and exploration. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the extraordinary hospitality. It’s rare to feel so genuinely welcomed, seen, and taken care of. We would return in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a soulful, quiet, and beautifully curated place to stay in Lecce.

“Brilliant!”

We had a great stay and Cristiano was the most amazing host - he had some great suggestions and sent us in the direction of the best restaurants. The property is just outside the center of town but in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking and just what you need after a full day exploring. Our room was HUGE and the area around the swimming pool was lovely - it was all very peaceful. Breakfast was delicious.

A charming little oasis just outside Lecce, within a 30-minute walk to the city. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of sun loungers to relax on during hot days, and the well-maintained garden adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The accommodation is spacious, and there’s a cozy little seating area just outside the room for unwinding. Since it’s a small property, we were the only guests during our stay, making it feel very quiet and private. Perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway.

“Beauty is only skin deep belying a rotten core”

The building looks great but beauty is only skin deep read on... It is situated on the edge of wasteland in the outskirts of Lecce.

Whilst the accommodation is fine and pool area is lovely there are MANY faults that need to be addressed. 1. My room was advertised as King Suite with hot tub. The bed was not King, it was Queen size. The ‘hot tub’ is rather, a cold plunge pool that can only be operated by the staff who are only there at breakfast and for an hour at 4pm. You need to request him to turn on the heat which takes 4 hours to warm up and then can’t be turned off or emptied - leaving the bathroom a hot and humid mess for 24 hours. 2. There is only one room key and it is a self locking door. With nobody on site to help, of you lock yourself out you are screwed. This happened to us at 10pm. They refused to cut us a second key despite pleading that my husband had a back issue and needs to sleep with the room key inserted into the slot so the aircon and lights remain on while i go out. 3. At sunset when you are relaxing by the pool there are mosquitoes everywhere so it’s impossible to relax. 4. Breakfast is only from 8.30-10 so of you have an early start you’ll be hungry!! 5. We asked for extra towels. We were told it is not possible. 5. The manager Christiano is a very lovely man. The only saving grace.

This Masseria is conveniently close to Lecce set in a plain suburban area. We were greeted by Cristiano who patiently waited for our late arrival. Cristiano is an asset to Dimora Oru with great knowledge of Lecce and the region. Our large suite room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, the king size bed was very comfortable and the Spa bath a novel and enjoyable addition to our stay. The pool area was simply furnished and adequate for our needs. The breakfast was a thoughtfully selected with delicious produce from the region including freshly squeezed Juices. I would recommend Dimora Oru for a quiet stay for visitors to Lecce who don't want to stay in the hustle and Bustle of the city itself.

“Sensational and Perfect Stay in Lecce”

Sensational stay in an exceptional B&B in Lecce. The host - Cristiano is very welcoming and provided us with some great advice on places to visit in the Puglia region. The suite and swimming pool were amazing and we would certainly recommend staying there. The suite was very clean and generous in size and everything was perfect during our stay. Breakfast was amazing each morning and we will definitely need to return one day to once again enjoy the local delicious pastries.

The property is well designed with attractive furnishings. Our room was really spacious. It was great to have the pool. Lovely breakfast with some delicious home cooked food. The communication with the host before and during our stay was really good. The host isn't always on site but always available via WhatsApp. There is a mini fridge in the room but no facilities to buy drinks etc otherwise.

Cristiana couldn’t do enough to help us. From waiting around for us at the start of the trip so we could check in to avoid the heat, to great food he prepared at breakfast and great suggestions of where to go locally. It was an easy drive into Lecce and 30 minutes from each coast line. The rooms were beautifully decorated.
